Choosing the right tutor is about much more than finding someone who can explain mathematics. It's about finding someone who understands young people, recognises their potential and knows how to help them grow in confidence as well as ability.
For more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of helping young people develop confidence, deepen their understanding of mathematics and achieve their potential. As a qualified maths teacher, former Head of Department and experienced examiner, I bring both expertise and understanding to every lesson.
Today I work with a carefully limited number of students each year, allowing me to provide thoughtful, personalised tuition and build genuine relationships with every family I support.

I believe every young person deserves to feel capable, understood and supported.
Rather than teaching as many students as possible, I choose to work with a carefully limited number of families each year. This allows me to get to know every student well, tailor every lesson thoughtfully and provide the level of care and attention that defines my practice.
